Returns

We accept returns within 07 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Some items, such as personal care products, perishable goods, or items on sale, may not be eligible for return.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@hkfandvpc.com within 07 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@hkfandvpc.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 07 business days, please check your bank account again. If it’s not there, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hkfandvpc.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assist with a return, exchange, or refund for the damaged or defective product.
